We gotta make this contest official. So here are the rules:
The FIRST person to comment „This is Kate’s Favorite Outfit” or „This is Molly’s Favorite Outfit” on the video of Kate or Molly’s actual favorite outfit, and not on any other outfit video, wins a $500 gift card to amazon.com. IMPORTANT: You can only post your „Favorite Outfit” comment on ONE (1) video each for Kate and Molly (one entry for Kate and one entry for Molly). If you place a „Favorite Outfit” comment on more than one video, then Boo!, you lose and your entry will be disqualified.
A total of TWO (2) gift cards will be awarded, one for Kate’s favorite outfit, and one for Molly’s favorite outfit. The winner must be a subscriber of our primary YouTube Channel „HotAndCrowded” at the time of their submission. The winner will be announced when each final outfit (final video) has a „Favorite Outfit” comment entry and we’ve got an eligible winner. Don’t post your comment before you subscribe. Just because somebody is first, doesn’t mean they followed the rules. So if you think you’ve found a „favorite ensemble”, post even if you weren’t there first.
We’ll notify each of the two winners by email to their YouTube account. If you’re notified, you must respond with your contact information within 24 hours of our e-mail to you. Otherwise, we’ll need to pick another winner. The contest winners will be required to complete a winner release agreement and is responsible for any taxes, if any, on their prize. This Contest is only open to legal U.S. residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. You’ve got to be 13 years of age or older at the time of entry (and you’ve got to get your parents’ permission if you’re not 18 yet). In the event that we can’t reach you to notify you or if you don’t get back to us or don’t qualify, an alternate winner will be selected.
By participating, you are agreeing to these rules. If you do not agree to these rules, don’t participate in our contest.
If, for any reason, this contest is not capable of running as planned, or infection by computer viruses, bugs, or other screwy stuff like people cheating, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, and at our sole discretion, award a prize from among all eligible entries that came in prior to needing to jump in and make changes. By entering, you agree that the Contest is governed by laws of the California.
You don’t need to buy anything and doing so won’t help you win anything. If the laws of your state don’t permit this contest, then you can’t participate.
